21 Day Fix Garlic Tomato Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
  • A cooked 3 pound spaghetti squash with meat scraped out of the shell into a bowl.
  • 2 tbs of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup red cherry tomatoes or as many as you would like
  • ½ tsp of sea salt
  • ½ tsp of basil
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ parsley
Instructions
  1. Take your cooked spaghetti squash and scrap it out and put it into a serving bowl.
  2. Next take your onion, garlic, and tomatoes and throw into a skillet sauteing until your onions are slightly brown and your tomatoes have cooked down.
  3. At the very end of your cooking add in your sea salt, basil, oregano, and parsley and mix around letting that cook for a minute or two.
  4. Take your garlic, onion, and tomatoes with seasonings and mix those into the already cook spaghetti squash.
  5. Serve immediately
