21 Day Fix Garlic Tomato Spaghetti Squash

- A cooked 3 pound spaghetti squash with meat scraped out of the shell into a bowl.
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup red cherry tomatoes or as many as you would like
- ½ tsp of sea salt
- ½ tsp of basil
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ parsley
- Take your cooked spaghetti squash and scrap it out and put it into a serving bowl.
- Next take your onion, garlic, and tomatoes and throw into a skillet sauteing until your onions are slightly brown and your tomatoes have cooked down.
- At the very end of your cooking add in your sea salt, basil, oregano, and parsley and mix around letting that cook for a minute or two.
- Take your garlic, onion, and tomatoes with seasonings and mix those into the already cook spaghetti squash.
- Serve immediately
